Cathy had her first heart attack in 1999 and life changed yet again. Until now she knew I was capable of cooking (she just didn’t have a clue of actually how good of a chef I was) so to take some of the pressure of her I started to cook more, and one day while I was preparing a gourmet meal she snuck up behind me wearing only an apron. Turns out diner wasn’t the only thing cooking that day! Life is great.
