So I am faced with making Cathy’s birthday better this year than I did last year (and yes I am up to the challenge). I’ve got the day planned out and as I sit at my drawing table thinking about creating her birthday “JOHNNY” I am struggling with a theme. I reflect back in time looking for that memory or moment in time to make her smile that big beautiful smile that I love so much. Nothing is coming to mind at first and then like a light bulb being turned on I recall how she keeps telling me it’s going to hurt when she falls of the pedestal I have put her on the years, so as I put pencil to paper I placed her on the very top of a very tall pedestal cake and with the setting sun in the background I delivered her roses in a hot air balloon. Life is great.
