Florida has a fascination with pirates (understandable considering the history of the state) as I was amazed to find out the Cathy had the same fascination so one day while exploring the little shops that line the sponge docks of Tarpon springs we came across a couple of figurines of a male and a female pirate. She commented how cool they looked and they would look great with the lighthouse figurine collection we had at the time, so I bought them. As her birthday approached I was trying to come up with the theme for her birthday “JOHNNY” as my eyes gazed upon Mawma and Pawpa pirate (named by the kids) on the shelf and knew I found the next “JOHNNY”. Life is great.
