BEACH DAY
Life always has its ups and downs and when you find yourself beating your head against the wall from all the stress that comes from so many different avenues in life I have found that taking a walk along a beach, watching the waves crash onto the coastline always helps to let the stress go, HOWEVER on these days when there is just no way to get out to the beach I find myself sitting down and drawing those waves for us all to be able to take a few moments to chill. So won’t you take a few moments and chill with me now? Life is great.
